Platform usage may generate PLAYS fees. Future mechanisms may route part of them toward a treasury, fee-funded buybacks, incentives, fee credits and ecosystem growth. Exact allocations are not decided and may change. There are no fixed yields and no guaranteed price support.

A flywheel is only built once there are fees to feed it.
