Thesis status from measurable conditions.
Whether a thesis is working is decided by explicit rules, not by a language model. For a relative thesis the relative return is the weighted long move minus the weighted short move since creation.

| ACHIEVED | relative return reached the target |
| WEAKENING | at or below the weakening level |
| INVALIDATED | at or below the invalidation level |
| EXPIRED | past the expiry time |
| UNKNOWN | prices missing or stale |
