Mechanical health, separate from whether the thesis is right.

Health looks only at mechanics: a missing or partially filled leg, exposure drift, distance to liquidation, a position changed outside PLAYS, and stale data. Stale data alone gives UNKNOWN and never hides a confirmed problem.
